Multiple vulnerabilities have been discovered in WordPress, allowing attackers to compromise data confidentiality, inject malicious code, and bypass security policies. Users of WordPress versions prior to 7.1.1 are particularly at risk and should immediately update to a patched version.
Several vulnerabilities have been identified within the WordPress platform. These weaknesses enable an attacker to compromise data confidentiality, introduce remote cross-site scripting (XSS), and circumvent existing security policies.
