Risk Ledger, a UK-based supply chain security firm, secured $32.3 million in Series B funding to expand its network and enhance its AI-powered risk intelligence platform. This investment will allow them to grow their user base and improve their ability to identify and mitigate risks across complex supply chains, particularly as they expand into the US market.
Risk Ledger, a British supply chain security firm, announced a $32.3 million Series B funding round, bringing the company’s total raised to $45 million. The investment was led by Axiom Equity, with support from Mercia Ventures. Risk Ledger’s platform focuses on addressing modern supply chain cyber risks by creating a network connecting organizations and their suppliers. This network allows connected organizations to view supplier profiles generated after each supplier completes a standardized assessment and maintains them in real-time, shifting the focus from reactive third-party risk management to proactive Active Supply Chain Security. The company reports that over 16,000 organizations, including those in financial services, critical national infrastructure, government, and insurance, have already joined the network. The funding will be used to further expand the network’s reach, improve the intelligence shared within it, and develop more AI-driven tools for automated risk reviews and signal detection. Risk Ledger plans to use a portion of the investment to expand its operations into the United States.
