A database belonging to ArtNexus, an international art specialist, has been publicly exposed, offering a detailed map of its business ecosystem. The database, accessible without authentication, contains thousands of accounts, transactions, and payment data, along with personal information of art collectors, galleries, and conservators from 37 countries, including France. This data could be exploited for targeted phishing campaigns and social engineering attacks, given the sensitive nature of the art world and the potential for identifying business relationships and pricing information.
